MicroPlateStore.com is operated by Enzyscreen B.V. located the Netherlands, providing laboratory microtiter plates for commercial and research use. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products
We strive to ensure accurate descriptions and availability of all products. 

3. Orders & Payment
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Prices are in Euro and are excluding any taxes.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and charges are displayed at checkout. Delays caused by carriers or customs are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items. Contact us before returning. Refunds are issued after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Warranty
Not happy with the product? We refund your money!
